    Stallons AC has always followed up with their customers, especially with a previous repair. Office staff has always and will always treat customers with care and respect. It is a shame that someone can post untrue things on Google and get away with it.
    The one who posted "Horrible Follow Up" is a spoof posting. Their email is not a legitimate account. This never did happen!
